Mobile / TabletsWill your website work on my new smartphone or tablet?
Our website is currently best viewed on a desktop or laptop computer. We know smart phones and tablets are getting very popular (were you lucky enough to get one for Christmas?). We're working hard to make sure our website looks as good as possible in this new technology. We're not there yet and we do have some problems with accepting orders from the latest and great technology, so please do bear with us.

OrdersHow much does delivery cost?
For all online furniture orders we charge £14.99 delivery, and for all other online orders delivery costs just £4.99

Where do you deliver to?
We are proud to deliver to the entirety of mainland UK and most of Scotland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver overseas. We guide you through delivery options and restrictions on our delivery page - why not take a look?
When will I receive my delivery?
We always aim to be really open with our delivery times. The time it’ll take to get your order will vary depending on what you've brought. We've listed these different times on our delivery page.
How do I track my delivery?
Simple! Log into ‘My Account’. From here you’ll be able to view your order status to see how we’re getting on. If you didn't create an account, feel free to us at email@example.com and we’ll check for you.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Yes, possibly. So we can get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may send your order out in more than one package.
How do I place an order on your website?
We have worked hard to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable as possible. To make a purchase all you’ll need to do is click the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to any product you like. When you've picked all the products you’d like to buy, click the ‘View Basket’ button (top right) to take a look and Checkout.
Next we will ask you to log in if you already have an account or if you don’t you can checkout as a guest. To finalise your order, we’ll just need your delivery, billing and card payment details. When you’re all done, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with an order number.
What payment options do you accept?
Whether you wish to make a payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron or Solo, you can always order with us safely and securely.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and if it hasn't been dispatched we will cancel it, no questions asked. If the item(s) has been dispatched we’ll ask you to go through our easy to follow returns process.
What should I do if I receive a faulty good or the item isn't what I ordered?
We hope you’ll love everything you receive from Notcutts, but sometimes; accidents can happen. If you’re in any way unhappy with your purchase we’d be happy to offer you your money back. Just let our Customer Care Team know at email@example.com and they’ll handle all the arrangements.
What should I do if I change my mind and don’t want a product?
We know what it’s like to change your mind about a product and we promise to offer an exchange or refund if you find yourself having second thoughts. All we ask is that the product is unused, in its original packaging and you have your receipt. Just email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org; they’ll be happy to help.
When will my money be refunded to me?
We like to make our refunds and exchanges as quick and efficient as possible. As soon as we are in receipt of the goods, refunds normally take 3-5 working days using the same payment method you originally used.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes! We sell instore vouchers that can be used in any of our 18 Garden Centres. Unfortunately, we don’t sell online vouchers at the moment.
Your AccountHow do I open an account?
We're glad you want to know! Opening an account makes completing future orders much quicker and easier. We’ll remember your address details for you so next time you visit all you'll need to do is log in. To get started click on ‘Sign in/Register’, fill in your details under the ‘New to Notcutts.co.uk?’ heading and click ‘Register’. Hey presto – you have an account!
Do I have to have an account?
Definitely not. If you don’t fancy creating an account and just want to get straight to paying for your goodies, have no fear. We have the perfect solution. You can now check out as a ‘guest’ – no account creation or logging in required.
What can I use my account for?
You can enjoy lots of benefits when you create a website account with us. You can complete your purchases quicker in future, keep a track of your order history and build a wish list. Privilege Club members can also add their card details to their account so their discounts are automatically applied when Checking out.
I can’t log in – what should I do?
If you encounter any problems logging into your account, try resetting your password. We find that often does the trick! If that doesn't work, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.
SecurityIs your website secure?
Absolutely. We want our customers to be confident that they can shop with us in a secure, safe environment. We take the security of our website very seriously and update our controls regularly to ensure your details never fall into the wrong hands.
Will you pass my details on anyone else?
Never. We respect the privacy of our customers and would never sell your details to third parties. We’ll only ever use your details to process your order or to contact you ourselves if you've requested we do so.
Our Garden CentreWhere’s my nearest Notcutts?
If you would like to find out more about your local Notcutts, including contact details, facilities, events and offers, our new ‘Garden Centre Finder’ is the perfect first port of call. Not sure where your nearest Notcutts is? No problem. Just pop in your post code in our handy search and we’ll find it for you.
Do you allow dogs in your garden centres?
Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs into our garden centres (excluding Maidstone). To ensure that a visit is enjoyable for everyone please follow our Dog Friendly Policy. Please take a look at the key points below before your visit:
* Well behaved dogs on short leads are permitted, except in the restaurant.
* Assistance dogs are allowed in all areas of the Garden Centre.
* To ensure you and your dog have a pleasant visit we will supply fresh drinking water at all times.
* Should your dog foul on your visit to Notcutts it is the owner's responsibility to clean it up.
* Please ask a member of staff if you require any further information.
