SAGE PRIVILEGE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Below are the terms and conditions of membership and also our policy on privacy which we hope you will be reassured to see. By paying the joining fee you accept our terms.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership of the Sage Privilege Club entitles you to a 10% discount off everything you buy from Notcutts Garden Centres and online at www.notcutts.co.uk*, every day for 12 months from the date of joining.
- 10% Off relates to purchases only (subject to the above exceptions) and does not include a deduction of 10% against any delivery charges, coach trips, event bookings, against your Sage membership renewal fees or against a purchase of a subsequent Sage membership for yourself or any third party.
- The Sage Privilege Card (“the Card”) can not be used in conjunction with any other discount card or money off voucher. The card can not be used in conjunction with EZI Pay Finance or any concession or franchise located within our Garden Centres or any concession or franchise products purchased online. In addition, the Card cannot be used against any purchases made of products from a third party's website where a link to those products / or that third party's website is located on our website www.notcutts.co.uk.
- On paying the joining fee you will receive your Card which must be signed and is not transferable. The Card may only be used by the authorised signatory. The Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
- The discount can only be given by scanning your membership card and in the case of online purchases from www.notcutts.co.uk by inputting your membership number where indicated. Your membership card / number must be presented before ordering / purchasing any goods whether in store or online.
- Membership is for 12 months from date of joining. Membership can be renewed for a further 12 months by payment of the annual subscription fee.
- We reserve the right to change/withdraw benefits at any time without prior notice.
- If the Sage card is lost or stolen please notify your local Garden Centre or our call centre by calling 0844 879 4505 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday as soon as possible. Calls cost 5p per minute from a BT landline. Call from mobiles and other service providers may vary. We will cancel your Card upon notification and will issue a replacement, free of charge, to be collected either from that Garden Centre or alternatively we will send it to you by post, free of charge.
- Please keep us informed of any change of address and where possible give us your email address so we can reduce our impact on the environment by contacting the Sage team on sage@notcutts.co.uk or calling 0844 879 4505.
*five exceptions; delivery, postage stamps, livestock, gift vouchers and restaurant.
OUR PRIVACY PROMISE
We will never release your details to companies outside the Notcutts group of companies for their marketing purposes. We will keep you informed of member discounts, special offers and events by email or mail. If for any reason you wish not to receive these, you may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at the address shown below, or emailing us at mail@sageclub.co.uk.
