A note about call charges
We always like to be clear and honest with our customers. That's why we want to let you know that calls to our Customer Care numbers (0344 879 4166) are charged at local rates from a BT landline. These replace our old 0844 numbers which were charged at 5p per minute from a BT landline. Rates from mobile and other service providers may vary. Where possible we always try to call you back to save your phone bill. We think that's only fair. If you'd prefer to avoid calling us, that's absolutely fine. We understand.
