Privilege Club Terms & Conditions of Membership

Below are the terms and conditions of membership and also our policy on privacy which we hope you will be reassured to see. By paying the joining fee you are accepting our terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only one membership is allowed per person. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

Membership of the Privilege Club entitles you to 10% discount off everything* you buy from Notcutts Garden Centres and online at notcutts.co.uk, every day for 12 months from the date of joining.

*Just six exclusions; Delivery, Postage Stamps, Livestock, Gift Vouchers, Restaurant, Event bookings and consessions.

10% off relates to purchases only (subject to the above exceptions) and does not include a deduction of 10% against any delivery charges, coach trips, event bookings, against your membership renewal fees or against a purchase of a subsequent membership for yourself or any third party.

12 months of membership includes 24 teas or coffees in any Notcutts Garden Centre. Please note: It is strictly 2 free teas or coffees each calendar month. Free teas or coffees must be used within the 12 months of membership or they will be deemed void.

Membership includes three 2 for 1 meals in the Garden Centre restaurant but does not include Maidstone Garden Centre as we do not own this restaurant. To ensure you have the best experience possible, this offer excludes December, Mother’s Day or Bank holidays, when our restaurants are at their busiest.

As a Privilege Club member there are benefits from affiliate partnerships which members can redeem. All members are bound by the affiliate’s terms & conditions.

The Notcutts Privilege Card (“the Card”) cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card or money off voucher. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any concession or franchise located within our Garden Centres or any concessions or franchise products purchased online. In addition, the Card cannot be used against any purchase made of products from a third party’s website where a link to those products / or that third party’s website is located on our website notcutts.co.uk.

Free gifts given to Privilege Club Members by Notcutts Ltd are not a statutory benefit. We reserve the right to decline any request for free gifts.

On paying the joining fee you will receive the membership card which must be signed and is not transferable. The membership card may only be used by the authorised signatory. The membership card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.

The discount can only be given by scanning your membership card and in the case of online purchases from notcutts.co.uk, by inputting your membership number where indicated. Your membership card / number must be presented before ordering / purchasing any goods whether in the Garden Centre or online.

Membership is for 12 months from the date of joining. Membership can be renewed for a further 12 months by payment of the annual subscription fee.

We reserve the right to change / withdraw benefits at any time without prior notice.

If your Privilege Card is lost or stolen please notify your local Garden Centre or customer care by calling 0344 879 4166 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday as soon as possible. Calls are free from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other service providers may vary. We will cancel your Card upon notification and will issue a replacement, free of charge, to be collected either from your local Garden Centre or alternatively we will send it you by post, free of charge.

Please keep us informed of any changes of address or email address. And where possible give us your email address so we can reduce our impact on the environment. Please contact customer care on privilege@notcutts.co.uk or call 0344 879 4166.

Notcutts Ltd will do our best to keep all member accounts up to date. We are not liable for any inaccuracies on your account.

OUR PRIVACY PROMISE

We will never release your details to companies outside the Notcutts group of companies for their marketing purposes. We will keep you informed of member discounts, special offers and events by email or mail. If for any reason you do not wish to receive these, you may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at the address shown below, or emailing us at privilege@notcutts.co.uk.
