Fuchsia La Campanella is a trailing variety, that produces a mass of very dainty purple and white flowers that last all summer long, right up to the first frosts. This fuchsia is perfect in baskets and containers.
La Campanella is a variety of Fuchsia that performs well in full sun, or part shade and flowers from June to August.
How to grow: On delivery of your young plants, plant them directly into baskets, or containers, in any good quality compost. Grow them on in warm frost free conditions. After two or three weeks pinch out the growing tips of each plant, to create a bushy plant that will produce masses of flowers.
When the risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise Fuchsia plants to outdoor conditions by hardening them off over a period of 7 to 10 days, before putting them in the garden.
For best results: Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded Fuchsia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
