What's
Hot in Winter Wonderland
It’s that time when us gardeners can have a change and think
about decorating the inside of our home rather than the outside.
If you think its too soon to start thinking about your Christmas
look you may be in risk of missing out on all the new products
and to wet your appetite here’s the low down of what the
best dressed Christmas displays will be wearing this season.

Digging for Victory
Seeing the farm machinery ploughing the fields is a timely reminder
that it’s time to think about preparing the soil ready for
planting and sowing next spring. Just like the farmers, we gardeners
are keen to give our plants the best start possible and like most
good things that means plenty of preparation.

Berried Treasure
It’s
that time of year again, time to admire Mother Nature’s
fantastic treasure trove of berries, many of which are produced
from some of our most reliable garden plants.
Feeding
Wild Birds
Providing a constant supply of fresh food and water in your garden
can literally make the difference between life and death for countless
wild birds as they bid to survive the winter ahead. If that’s
not reward enough in itself, well placed feeders and bathing quarters
can provide much entertainment to us indoors as we observe our
feathered friends enjoying the facilities we’ve provided.
