All Action in Autumn! Whilst we’ve been enjoying a bit of an Indian Summer recently, there’s no denying Autumn is really here, as we turn the calendar to the month of October. There are still plenty of flowers to enjoy and Autumn brings along a whole new feast of treasures of its own. It’s a still a busy time for the gardener too, with tidying up and preparations for next year being the order of the day. Be Creative with Conifers Did you know that British Gardeners spend over £20 million on conifers every year? Not bad for a group of plants that are said to be out of fashion. Or are they? Come along to the garden centre during British Conifer Week next week (Saturday 29th September to Sun 7th October) and you may be very pleasantly surprised.
