What to consider when buying a new pet
We take our responsibility for selling pets very seriously, so before you buy any animal from us, staff will make sure customers carefully consider the following important points:- The start up costs of buying - all you will need for your new pet (e.g. cage, food, veterinary care)
- The monthly cost of keeping your new pet
- Who will look after your pet when you go on holiday or take a short break
- Further additional costs of owning a pet (e.g. insurance, boarding fees, ongoing vets fees)
- The life expectancy of your new pet
- Your commitment to daily handling, exercise and care requirements
- Consideration as to whether your lifestyle suits your potential new pet
- The safety and suitability of the environment in which you will house your pet
