Indoor/Retail - Section Head
Up to 37.5 hours per week including weekend working.

Imagine spending your working day surrounded by beautiful things, helping people choose items that bring joy to their lives. As an Indoor Section Head at our Garden Centre, you’ll be sharing your love of gifts, food, clothes and all non-gardening products including seasonal furniture and Christmas items, with our customers. You will work alongside the Indoor Manager and will have responsibilities across all areas of the department, making effective use of resources to ensure high standards of customer service, maximising sales and minimising wastage.
The role will also include stock ordering, dealing with stock deliveries and supporting with creating and maintaining inspirational visual displays. This role can be physically demanding. Manual handling of some heavy items will be required.
You will also be assisting the Indoor Manager to guide and motivate a busy team that works together to make Notcutts a place customers love to visit. We will value your commercial awareness and analytical skills, along with the experience you have in retail and customer service.
