Green Olive Firewood's natural raw cooking logs are great for cooking on a barbecue or smoker, or in addition to charcoal for extra deep smoky flavours. The logs are a mix of local Sussex kiln-dried hardwoods, and varieties such as beech and birch mixed with our signature olive firewood to produce an ideal mix for your wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ, firepits and outdoor fireplaces. The firewood gets up to high temperatures with a long burn time and mild, sweet, smoky aromas too!
