Constructed from FSC certified pine wood, the Farmers Swing Seat is a beautiful feature for your garden and the perfect seat to while away the hours. Its natural pine finish gives off a yellow-green tint which, over time, will mellow to a very attractive silver-grey finish to allow it to blend in with your garden. The green polyester canopy is durable and provides you with plenty of shade in the hottest days!

It is recommended to clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Whilst the wood is pre-treated, we recommend treating the furniture every couple of years using a timber sealer to prolong the life of the timber. Black spotting can occur through tannic acid which is present in the timber and natural airborne spores. Should this happen to your furniture, it will not affect the strength, durability or quality of the wood. This can easily be removed by applying a mould and mildew cleaner. As the timber naturally weathers, cracks and splits may appear in the wood due to the evaporation of natural oils and minerals when the wood is exposed to the natural elements. Natural weathering will not affect the strength or durability of the wood. Knots may also be present in the wood.
