Delivery: This item is sent direct using the courier service Palletways. They will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that this item is delivered on a pallet via a carrier using a tail lift vehicle and will be curbside delivery only.
Delivery for this item is £30.
Please advise any access restrictions before cofirming your order. The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods to a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, customer and general public.
The pallet will be unloaded from the truck via a tail-lift and hand pump truck. Goods can be maneuvered onto your driveway where conditions allow. Please note: the driver will not be able to traverse grass, steep slopes, gravel or other unsual conditions. If in doubt please contact our customer care team before proceeding.
We deliver to the majority of addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Unfortunately, there are some areas that we are unable to deliver to including Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and The Channel Isles. Returns : We want you to be confident about every order you place with us so you are able to return all* products to us if you are unhappy for any reason. Just ensure the product is unused and return with proof of purchase in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
