Penstemon Pristine Scarlet. This Perennial returns year after year. Compact hardy plant that produces gorgeous glossy dark leaves and masses of scarlet-red tubular flowers. Popular with butterflies and bees.
Planting:
- Water well and leave to drain
- Dig hole twice the size of the plant pot
- Incorporate compost and general fertiliser into the soil
- Remove pot and place root ball level with soil
- Refill hole with soil / compost / fertiliser mixture
- Firm in well and water, keeping moist until established
Plant Care:
Plants work well in borders and containers in full sun or partial shade in well drained soil.
