Fast-growing cultivar, producing very high yields of cylindrical blue berries which hold well on the bush. When fully ripe, the berries have a white bloom and the flesh is deep-red, sweet with a pleasant, slight astringency. The berries are extremely rich in Vitamins C, A and anti-oxidants, they also freeze well. A good nectar source for pollinators early in the year. Needs a pollination partner in Blue Banana.
Cropping season: June-July
Please note, plants are pot grown between May and October, but at other times will be fresh potted plants.
