Privilege Club terms and conditions of membership
Below are the terms and conditions of membership and our policy on privacy which we hope you will be reassured to see. By paying the joining fee of £12 you are accepting our terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
Membership of the Privilege Club entitles you to 10% discount off everything* you buy from Notcutts Garden Centres and online at notcutts.co.uk, every day for 12 months from the date of joining.
*Limited exclusions apply; delivery, postage stamps, gift vouchers, restaurant, livestock, and event bookings. Not valid in concession partners.
10% off relates to purchases only (subject to the above exceptions) and does not include a deduction of 10% against any delivery charges, coach trips, event bookings, against your membership renewal fees or against a purchase of a subsequent membership for yourself or any third party.
During Privilege Club shopping events, any associated increase includes your standard 10% and is automatically increased at the till instore and at checkout online.
Only one membership is allowed per person. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
12 months of membership includes any 2 free hot drinks per month in any Notcutts Garden Centre.
This includes: coffee (latte, americano, cappuccino, flat white, espresso), tea and specialty teas, hot chocolate, mocha and barista coffee where available.
Excludes: syrups, seasonal specials, luxury hot chocolate and all extras.
Free drinks cannot be used as part payment for alternatives. The allowances are not carried over if not used within each month of membership.
At Notcutts Maidstone, where we do not own the restaurant, members must present their separate hot drinks card when claiming their free hot drinks.
Membership includes three 2 for 1 meals in the Garden Centre restaurant Monday to Friday but does not include Maidstone Garden Centre as we do not own the restaurant. To ensure you have the best experience possible, this offer excludes weekends, bank holidays and during Privilege Club events and the month of December. Lowest price meal free.
The offer includes: all hot meals, jacket potatoes, salads, toasted sandwiches, panini, breakfasts and cream teas.
The offer excludes: children's menu, side orders, afternoon tea and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
The Notcutts Privilege Card (“the Card”) cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card or money off voucher. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any concession or franchise located within our Garden Centres or any concessions or franchise products purchased online. In addition, the Card cannot be used against any purchase made of products from a third party’s website where a link to those products / or that third party’s website is located on our website notcutts.co.uk.
Free gifts given to Privilege Club Members by Notcutts Ltd are not a statutory benefit. We reserve the right to decline any request for free gifts.
On paying the joining fee you will receive the membership card which must be signed and is not transferable. The membership card may only be used by the authorised signatory. The membership card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Customers purchasing membership agree to provide their personal information for registration to the membership club, as a minimum we require first and last name and postal address to ensure the membership is applied to the members account. This requirement does not constitute any consent for marketing communications which must be provided separately.
Membership is for 12 months from the date of joining. Membership can be renewed for a further 12 months by payment of the annual fee. Membership cards are not routinely replaced on renewal of membership.
We reserve the right to change / withdraw rewards and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
If your Privilege Card is lost or stolen please notify your local Garden Centre or customer care by calling 0344 879 4166 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Calls are charged at local rates from a BT landline. Mobile and other service providers rates may vary. We will cancel your Card upon notification and will issue a replacement card which we will send to you by post, there is a charge of £3 for replacement of a lost card.

Notcutts Ltd will do our best to keep all member accounts up to date. We are not liable for any inaccuracies on your account.
OUR PRIVACY PROMISE
We will never release your details to companies outside the Notcutts group of companies for their marketing purposes. Notcutts takes security of your personal information very seriously and adhere to all current legislation. Members can manage their options for communication from us here or by creating an online account with us. Members can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided on all emails we send, via their online account or by contacting [email protected]
