What is the Notcutts Privilege Club?
The Privilege Club is our Notcutts loyalty club. For just £15 a year our members receive the following benefits:
- 10% off everything*, every time you shop in our garden centres and online.
- Monthly restaurant offers, just for members.
- Special offers and expert advice, throughout the seasons.
*Limited exclusions apply: delivery, postage stamps, gift vouchers, restaurant, livestock and event bookings. Not valid in concession partners.
How can I renew my membership?
You can renew online or instore during your next visit. Alternatively phone our customer care team on 0344 879 4166 and we’ll call you back as soon as possible Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). Calls to our Customer Care number are charged at local rates from a BT landline. Rates from mobile and other service providers may vary.
Why has the price of the Privilege Club membership gone up on the 1st August 2025?
As with many things, the costs associated with running the Privilege Club have gone up significantly in recent years. We’ve managed to hold the same price since September 2019, so this is the first price increase in 6 years. We’ve also increased the price from £12 to £15 to reflect the exciting new restaurant offers we’re adding to the membership from this date. Our core 10% off everything*, every time you shop remains and now, you’ll get even more value from your membership.
What are the new rewards Privilege Club members will be receiving from the 1st August 2025?
From the 1st August 2025 all our Privilege Club members in addition to receiving 10% off everything* every time they shop, will have special access to exclusive monthly restaurant offers. We’ll also be emailing our members each month with details about special offers and expert advice throughout the seasons.
I’m already a member of the Privilege Club; will I still get these new rewards?
Yes, as an existing Privilege Club member you automatically enjoy our new monthly restaurant offers and other special member only offers and news all on top of your usual 10% discount. There’s nothing extra you need to do, just enjoy the additional benefits.
Can I renew or buy Privilege Club membership in your restaurants?
No, I’m sorry that isn’t possible. Membership purchases and renewals are however available at our retail shop till points and online. Unfortunately, our restaurants are not able to process memberships, but our team on the shop floor will be happy to help you.
Where can I find out about these new restaurant offers and other membership news, offers and advice?
We’ll keep you updated via email each month and with instore signage. Please make sure your contact details are up to date, so you don’t miss out! Is the Privilege Club membership card still a physical card?
Yes, as a member you still receive a physical card that will need to be presented at the tills both in the restaurant for your exclusive monthly restaurant offer and when using your 10% off everything* discount at the tills inside the garden centre.
Can I store my Privilege Club membership card on a mobile phone or device?
At the moment Privilege Club membership cards need to be shown in their physical form when used instore or in the restaurants to receive the restaurant offers. This helps us ensure the card is only being used by the registered member. We understand how convenient digital cards can be and we’re actively looking into safe and secure options to allow this in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I access the new monthly restaurant offers from the 1st August at Notcutts Maidstone?
At our Maidstone Garden Centre, we don’t have a Notcutts restaurant on-site. However, you’re very welcome to enjoy the monthly restaurant offers at any of our Notcutts restaurants, your nearest to Maidstone is our Tunbridge Wells Garden Centre restaurant, approximately 30-40 minute drive away.
Can I opt out of marketing emails as a Privilege Club member?
Yes of course, you will still be a member and get all the benefits, but if you opt out of emails, you may miss out on the special offers’ notifications.
I’m not sure I’m receiving emails about the Privilege Club or details about these new monthly restaurant offers, what should I do?

Is there a monthly payment option?
The Privilege Club is only available as an annual membership, payable in full at the time of joining or renewing.
