Stock varies by garden centre, please contact your local garden centre here
If the product is online and out of stock, we’re unable to give an idea of when it will be back, but please do enter your email so we can alert you as soon as it's back.

Can you give me a delivery date?
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm a delivery date. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be despatched separately and arrive on different days with different couriers.
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Furniture, green houses and larger items may take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, however please refer to your item’s individual delivery details on our web site for specific information.
For plants please check the specific delivery details for each product.

Can I renew my membership over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to renew you over the phone at this time, as our team is currently based from home. You can renew online here or visit us instore

When are your restaurants re-opening?
Our garden centres and restaurants are now open and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
