Learning and development

When you start with Notcutts, you will receive an induction giving you the opportunity to understand more about us. This induction will also provide you with all you need to carry out your role effectively and safely. As you progress in your role, other learning opportunities will be available to you.

We encourage regular performance reviews which provide the chance for you and your manager to discuss how you’re doing at work. This is also an opportunity to help develop your potential and strengths to support your career at Notcutts.
