Garden Centre FAQs

What are your opening hours?
Our garden centres are open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday and 10.30am until 4.30pm on Sunday. We are open for browsing at 10am on Sundays.

Are dogs welcome in the garden centre?
With the exception of Rivendell Garden Centre, you may bring your well-behaved dog into our garden centres and outdoor seating areas of our restaurants. Assistance dogs are welcome in the garden centres and restaurants.

Are toilet facilities available?
Yes, toilets are available in all our garden centres.

Can you tell me about product availability?
Stock varies by garden centre. Please contact your local garden centre.
If the product is online and out of stock, we’re unable to give an idea of when it will be back, but please do enter your email on the product page so we can alert you as soon as it's back.

Do you have wheelchairs at your garden centres?
We do have wheelchairs available to use during your visit. However, to avoid disappointment, we would highly recommend you either arrive early on the day, or call the garden centre the day before so they can put a chair to one side for you.

Do you accept gift vouchers?
Notcutts own vouchers can be redeemed instore, in our restaurants or for online purchases.

National Garden Centre Gift Vouchers can be redeemed instore at all our Notcutts Garden Centres, but unfortunately, they cannot be used in our restaurants or for online purchases

Can you recycle plant pots there?
Yes we have new pot recycling and collection points, in all our garden centres. For more information regarding the location please call your local Notcutts garden centre.

Restaurant FAQs

What are your restaurant opening hours?
Our restaurants are open 9am – 4pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am – 3.30pm on Sundays.

Are there any special arrangements in the restaurants?
We are maintaining the high standards of hygiene and will continue to provide protective screens, sanitisation points and encourage the regular washing of hands.

Can I book a table in the restaurant?
Our restaurants are only able to make table reservations for either a group or for the Afternoon Tea setting. Please call your local garden centre to book.

Local Garden Centre FAQs

Will my Notcutts garden centre be able to deliver locally?
We offer a local delivery service, charges vary depending on location. Please ask a member of our team in the garden centre.

Privilege Club FAQs

What is the Notcutts Privilege Club?
The Privilege Club is our Notcutts loyalty club. For just £12 a year our members now receive the following benefits:

  • 10% off everything* every time you shop in our garden centres and online
  • Special offers and expert advice
*Limited exclusions apply: delivery, postage stamps, gift vouchers, restaurant, livestock and event bookings. Not valid in concession partners.

 

How can I renew my membership?
You can renew online here or instore during your next visit. Alternatively phone our customer care team on 0344 879 4166 and we’ll call you back as soon as possible Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). Calls to our Customer Care number are charged at local rates from a BT landline. Rates from mobile and other service providers may vary.

Online Order FAQs

My order has arrived incomplete?
Don’t worry - some of our products are sent from different suppliers or locations, which may mean they arrive on different days.

Can I add items to my online order after I’ve completed the order, paid and checked out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an online order after you have checked out and paid. We would kindly ask that you submit a new online order for these items.

I can’t find what I am looking for on your website?
Our garden centres are open and offer a wider range of products. If the product you are looking for is currently showing as unavailable please leave your email address as prompted so that we can contact you when the product comes back into stock. Please note that some products e.g. some plants and garden furniture are sold on a seasonal basis.

Can you give me a delivery date?
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm a delivery date. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be despatched separately and arrive on different days with different couriers.
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Furniture, green houses and larger items may take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, however please refer to your item’s individual delivery details on our web site for specific information.
For plants please check the specific delivery details for each product.
