Nemesias are slightly tender perennial bedding plants, which need some protection from very cold winter weather, but they’re brilliant summer bedding plants. Nemesia Wisley Vanilla produces compact, bushy plants covered in strongly vanilla-scented white flowers with a very pale pink flush, particularly on the upper petals, and a yellow eye throughout summer and autumn until the first frosts. The sunnier the weather, the bluer the flowers become. It looks fabulous planted in a large pot or at the front of beds and borders for a display full of impact.
