We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our existing restaurant team within our Garden Centre Restaurant. Our restaurant is open from 9:00am to 4:30pm, serving a comprehensive menu for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
As Restaurant Supervisor, the successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running our very busy onsite restaurant, and deputising in the Manager's absence. We are looking for a versatile and flexible individual, willing to undertake a variety of different tasks which will include taking customer orders, serving customers and assisting the Restaurant Manager to supervise the team.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced restaurant operation
- Working knowledge of restaurant practices.
- Previous experience within a management or supervisory position
- Experience in working and assisting to develop a team to deliver excellent service.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a restaurant environment to ensure compliance.
- Great attention to detail, be highly organised and self-motivated.
