Will I be able to return items purchased when the garden centre was formerly owned by Frosts?

I ordered items to be delivered when the garden centre was formerly owned by Frosts – who will now deliver?
Any orders placed before the 1st August will continue to be delivered by the Frosts team, if you have any questions regarding your delivery please contact [email protected].
Will The Gardening Club discount that was formerly offered by Frosts garden centre still be available?
Notcutts will not be running the Frosts Gardening Club and discount. However we do have the Notcutts Privilege Club that offers 10% off everything* every day with just a few limited exclusions for an annual fee of £12. Find out more here
Will I be able to spend my Frosts gift vouchers?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept Frosts gift vouchers. If you have any outstanding vouchers you can spend them online at frostsgardencentres.co.uk or in a Frosts garden centre. If you are unable to visit another Frosts garden centre, please contact Frosts Customer Experience team on 01908 583511 or [email protected].

Will Notcutts Brampton garden centre be able to deliver locally?
We offer a local delivery service, charges vary depending on location, please ask a member of our team in the garden centre.
Can I bring my dog in the garden centre?
Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs in our garden centre and on the outside restaurant terrace.
I have booked an afternoon tea, will it still go ahead?
Yes there is no change to your booking and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
Are we able to book the Igloo for private dining?
Yes, please call the garden centre on 01480 453048 to make your booking.
